What are the delivery times?

Bazookah doesn't keep stocks. By not printing shirts for which there is no demand, we prevent energy wastage. Because what you don't make, you can't waste. Easy.

At the beginning of the week we print our shirts and the orders are picked up by our carrier. As a result, the delivery time varies between two to seven working days. Can't or don't want to wait? Please contact our customer service to discuss whether a rush order is possible.

Has your order not arrived after 12 working days? Then please contact us. We will then start an investigation with our carrier.

What are the shipping costs?

The costs for orders up to 50 euros are 6.95 euros. Orders above 50 euros are shipped for free.

I am not at home during the delivery, what now?

Can't your order be delivered to the delivery address? Then you have two weeks to pick it up at a location nearby.

Our driver will always leave a message for you, which also contains the address of the pick-up location. After the expiry of these two weeks, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the purchase amount minus the return costs as soon as the return shipment has been processed.

Wrong address?

We do our utmost to ensure that you get what we promised you. To avoid unnecessary waiting or other disappointment, we ask you to make sure that the shipping address you provided is correct. Bazookah therefore bears no responsibility for incorrect or imperfections in the address.

Did you accidentally provide a wrong address or are you unsure about that? Please contact us immediately so that we can still send your order to the correct delivery address.

If the order is undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse. As soon as the return shipment has been processed, we will refund the purchase amount minus the return costs to you.
